I read a great article in the NY Times about teacher-student reunions on Facebook.  The focus was on the positive -- how some teachers have fan pages filled with posts from former students, talking about the impact the teacher had on their lives.  It's a warm-fuzzy sort of story, and as someone who has wished many times to thank or reconnect with a specific teacher (Connie Vermeer!), and who has connected with former teachers (Bonjour, Madame!), I found the article particularly touching.

In a time when most media-related stories are negative, it was nice to read a positive one.
