Since I'm a haphazard blogger here at best, I thought I'd share a link showing how it should be done.

My absorption with Jane Yolen continues.  I read her tightly plotted historical novel The Girl in the Cage, about the daughter of Robert the Bruce of Scotland.  How anyone could have the main character stuck in a cage and keep the story moving forward so beautifully is a testament to Yolen's skill.
