This morning my alarm went off at 4:40 a.m. Two snoozes later, I got up to get ready for my exercise date with Lucy. We usually do 3 miles of walking with Leslie Sansone, then yoga with Rodney Yee, all in the air conditioned comfort of her spare bedroom.I feel better when I exercise. I sleep better. So why is it so hard to stick to a schedule? Apparently it’s because no one is giving me any recognition. Just kidding.Kids get positive reinforcement in this program.
