Last fall I won a free online course through Ed2go from MSU’s Center for Continuing Education. I opted to take The Pleasures of Poetry. The course creator is Melody Gough, and while she’s listed as the instructor, an enthusiastic assistant named Sara manages the discussion boards where we post our work. She’s very encouraging and I’m writing on assignment so I’m producing a greater variety of poems.
