I’m not great with plants nor am I incredibly crafty, but I’m delighted with this recycled candle holder turned pot of “hens & chicks,” a succulent I’m told is easy to grow.

Hi, Keri! I just was checking in for Poetry Friday and spied this hedgehog with Hens and Chicks! I love Hens and Chicks – had them in our garden as a child and have put some up by the ledge in our future (maybe spring) home, Gull Haven. They are a hardy succulent and I’m happy to know them! I am NOT a plant person. I am a plant’s worst nightmare. You should be fine with these! But you may need some more hedgehogs with the Chicks arrive and topple!
